Half Caff
Ozone Half Caff Blend
All the flavour – half the caffeine. Half Caff delivers a delicious and moreish cup made with a 50/50 blend to provide a half-caffeinated coffee.
We use a quality decaffeinated specialty coffee that has been processed using the sugar cane method, preserving the original flavours of the coffee while adding fruity notes and some complexity to the cup.
- 50% Brazil: Matas de Minas Sugarcane Decaffeinated
- 50% El Salvador: Argentina, Estate Washed
This sweet and gentle cup has milk chocolate and brown sugar sweetness over a delicate biscuit edge for a balanced and moreish blend.
A note on pricing
You may have noticed this coffee has increased in price. We've held off for as long as we could, but raw ingredient costs have been climbing rapidly over the last 12-18 months – and we've had to reflect that. For more on the market forces behind it, we caught up with our Green Buyer, Roland, in our Journal – and wrote about the broader picture back in August.
Roast Information
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, brown sugar, biscuit.
Roast Information
Medium-dark: through first crack, slowing down and taking it steadily up to the edge of second crack, the easy drinking, balanced profile creates a well balanced flavour for this blend.
